31 Days to a Better You: Kickstart the New Year with a Self-Care Challenge!

Join us in a 31 day self care challenge where each day you have an opportunity to tend to yourself in a small way. Perhaps this Self-Care challenge will offer support in recovering from a busy holiday season. Maybe, this challenge will be supportive in regaining balance and offering a reset to start the year off more mindfully of your needs and setting a positive tone for the year. Creating new habits can be hard and take repetition.

We invite you to join us in building the muscle of Self-Care together! If you would like to share about your 31 Day Self-Care we would love to hear! Send us an email at info@findyourshinetherapy.com or tag us on instagram @findyourshinetherapy.
